I’m a photographer, filmmaker, and creative director, working between documentary and art. Through my creative practice, Wu Wei Studio, I question the quiet relationship between people, place, and the living world, inviting a slower way of seeing rooted in presence, reflection, and reconnection.
My journey with photography began as a way to give space to my curiosity, shaped early on by growing up across four different continents. Traveling across landscapes and cultures ever since, I’ve come to see that presence itself has been my greatest teacher, drawing me toward moments shaped by rhythm, gesture, and what is felt more than explained.
From this way of moving through the world, my path expanded beyond photography, co-founding Wild Zula Expeditions, a live-aboard sailing tour company in remote destinations and more recently to develop an ecological art residency and food forest in Caribbean Costa Rica as a place for collective creative growth.
Whether on land or water, the intention remains the same: to create work that feels honest and grounded, while staying open to wonder, intuition, and the quiet magic that emerges when paying attention to what unfolds naturally.
